General terms and conditions of sale

This website is operated by NØVE STORE, a sole proprietorship (EI), whose registered office is located at 71 Rue de l'Hôtel de Ville, 26400 Crest, France.

Use of this website implies full and unreserved acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter referred to as "GTC/GTU"). These GTC/GTU are offered to all users of the website, whether they are simply visitors or buyers.

ARTICLE 1 — CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE

The user declares that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions before making any use of the site for their illegal, fraudulent or unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited.

NØVE STORE reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable terms are those in effect at the time of the order or access to the website.

ARTICLE 2 — PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are those listed on the website on the day of consultation, subject to availability. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description. The photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match, particularly due to variations in screen displays.

The products remain the property of NØVE STORE until full payment of the price.

ARTICLE 3 — PRICE

Prices are expressed in euros (€). In accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable (basic exemption). The prices displayed are therefore net prices.

NØVE STORE reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the price applied is the one in effect at the time the order is validated.

ARTICLE 4 — ORDER

All orders placed on the website imply full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The customer will receive an order confirmation by email. The sale will only be considered final after this confirmation has been sent and payment has been received.

ARTICLE 5 — PAYMENT

Payment is made at the time of order by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, and any other method offered through the Odoo platform. Transactions are secure.

ARTICLE 6 — DELIVERY

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Deliveries are made within mainland France (and other areas specified on the website). Delivery times are indicated in our delivery policy. NØVE STORE is committed to making every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 days, the customer may request cancellation of their order.

Free delivery for all orders over €80 in mainland France.

ARTICLE 7 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification or pay any penalties. Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error attributable to NØVE STORE.

ARTICLE 8 — REFUND

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned item. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order.

ARTICLE 9 — LIABILITY

NØVE STORE cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or purchase of its products. In any event, NØVE STORE's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

ARTICLE 10 — PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected is necessary for order processing and is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting novestore.contact@gmail.com

ARTICLE 11 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of this website (texts, logos, images) are the intellectual property and exclusive property of NØVE STORE. Any reproduction without authorization is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 12 — APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
