Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, your order will be delivered within the following timeframes:

  • Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 business days
  • European Union: 5 to 10 business days
  • International: 10 to 20 business days

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated automatically when placing your order based on your delivery address and the weight of your package.

Free delivery for all orders over €80 in mainland France.

The prices shown include all fees. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing you to track your package in real time.

Delivery zones

We currently deliver to mainland France, the European Union, and certain international countries. Available areas are displayed during checkout.
