Return and refund policy
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.
Return conditions
To be accepted, your return must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- The original labels must be intact and attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Perfumes and beauty products can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
- For hygiene reasons: opened underwear, swimwear, and beauty products are not eligible for return
Return procedure
To make a return:
- Contact us at novestore.contact@gmail.com and include your order number.
- We will provide you with a return label and the necessary instructions.
- Pack your items carefully
- Ship the package to the address provided
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective item, shipping error).
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method used for your purchase.
The initial delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item (size, color), please contact us at novestore.contact@gmail.com . We will confirm availability and provide you with a return label. The exchanged item will be shipped as soon as we receive your return.
